Extent Of Personal Data Processing

We limit processing our users’ personal data to the data required for providing a functioning website and our contents and services. We only process personal data from our users for the purposes agreed with you or if a legal basis exists to do so (in terms of the GDPR). We only collect personal data which we really require to perform and process our tasks and services or which you have provided us with voluntarily.

The following data is stored in log files when you access our website:

IP address, date, time, browser request and general information about the operating system and browser is transferred.

This user data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous analyses to identify trends so that we can improve our services accordingly. As an individual user, you remain anonymous.


Use And Disclosure Of Personal Data

The data you provide us with is only used for communicating with you in the manner you have requested. It will only be disclosed to third parties outside of LIFTRONIC AG with your consent.

Purpose Of Processing

All data processing is carried out for specific purposes only. These can result, for example, from technical necessity, contractual requirement, legal requirement or predominant interest, i.e. for legitimate reasons or based on your express consent.

We collect, store and process personal data as far as it is required. It may be required for managing customer relations, providing our services and products, processing orders, handling contracts, sales and invoicing, answering questions and concerns, providing information about our products and services and their marketing, providing our online service and its function and content, answering contact requests and communicating with users, and evaluating and enhancing our services and products.


Your Rights (As A Data Subject)

You are entitled to request information about the personal data on you that we process. Specifically, you can demand information on the purposes of processing your personal data, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention period, your right to have your data rectified, deleted, limited in processing or object to it being processed completely, data transfer, the source of your data if we did not collect it, and the existence of automated decision-making processes including profiling.

You have the right to revoke any consent you may have given to use your personal data at any time.

If you believe that our processing of your personal data breaches the data protection regulations in force, you have the option to appeal to the data protection authority.

Contact Form

The data you enter is stored for the purpose of communicating with you individually. This requires a valid email address and your name. This is used to assign your enquiry and then to respond to it. The provision of further data is optional.


Use Of Google Analytics And Google Ads

Our website uses the "Google Analytics" and "Google Ads" web analysis services from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94.043 USA, to evaluate website use. Google Analytics and Google Ads use cookies (see Sec. 7) which are stored on your computer. The information contained therein about the website and Internet use by visitors can be processed and evaluated by Google.

Google may transfer the data it collects to countries outside the EU and EEA, in particular to the USA. Google has however submitted to the Privacy Shield Framework. We also make sure your IP address is anonymized before it is transferred to Google by enabling the "IP anonymisation" function on this website. As a result, Google truncates your IP address within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states to the European Economic Area Agreement before it is transferred to the USA. In exceptional cases, the full IP address is sent to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google uses this information on behalf of the website operator to evaluate how you utilize the website in order to compile reports on website activity to provide the website operator with website and internet-related services. The IP address transferred by your browser as a part of the Google Analytics service is not merged with other data from Google.

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics and Google AdWords is formed by Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

We use cookies on our website to make our service user-friendly. Cookies are small text files that your browser creates automatically and stores on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website.
